only yours matters. How much money would you have to add to your selling price in order to buy a TT ..vs.. how much would it cost to swap? (you can get some labor quotes) What do you want to end up with? (adequate vs like new). Problem with a swap is that you don't know what you have unless you buy new or rebuild the parts. Lots of people do a swap, run the car, then tear it apart again to fix all the stuff. If you buy a running TT, you pretty much know what you've got. For most people the answer depends on how much you like working on cars. My guess, since you aren't doing the work yourself, is that you'll find swapping is just too expensive.
